Refund policy

At this time JMS Landscape Supply does not accept returns on any of our products, expect in the case of manufacturing defect. In the event that a client has an issue with a product we deliver, they should reach out within 24 hours of noticing the concern and appropriate measures will be taken to rectify the issue.

In order to continue offering high quality products at low prices, JMS Landscape Supply and its contractors cannot alter an order once it has been loaded for delivery. The JMS Landscape Supply staff will coordinate delivery time and date with each customer. If there is an error in the order, the burden remains with the client to alert staff so that appropriate adjustments can be made. Once the product is loaded, the customer agrees to pay the stated amount regardless of whether they placed the order in error. In the event that JMS Landscape Supply brings the incorrect product, the customer will alert staff and appropriate measures will be taken to exchange the products.
