Our restaurant quality 8" oak cooking splits are designed to take your cooking to the next level! Crafted from a mix of red and white oak each piece is hand-selected and cut to size by our team, making them the perfect size for offset smokers, vertical smokers, or large kamado-style smokers like the Primo XL400 or Big Green Egg.
Kiln dried and USDA certified, our 8" cooking splits will burn hotter, cleaner, and longer for the best cooking experience. Each split is 8" long and 1-2" wide. As with every JMS product, all of our offerings ship free nationwide!
Each box of cooking splits measures 9"x9"x9" and weighs about 10 pounds. We have also updated our pricing structure based on your feedback to help you save! Simply select the desired weight from our drop-down menu and we will ship you the corresponding number of boxes.
