After being split the first time, it is split again into smaller diameter pieces and kiln dried for more than 24 hours. The smaller diameter, skinnier pieces of wood allow pizza chefs to better and more accurately adjust the temperature in their pizza ovens, enabling total control of the pizza cooking process.
As with every firewood product we offer, our pizza cut firewood is incredibly easy to light, guaranteed to be bug and mold free, but most of all will burn hotter, cleaner, and longer than any other firewood on the market. Each of our Pizza Oven Cooking Wood boxes measure 18"x16"x14" and weigh approximately 45 pounds. Each piece of wood measures 16" long and 1-3" in diameter. As with all JMS products, we offer free nationwide shipping via UPS with same or next day processing of your order.
